Wanted to provide a quick update: I've noticed that a number of lots in Estrella are now sold and that one of the lots has been prepped/cleared for development.  This is great news for both Estrella and Serenada.

I'm happy to provide specific information for neighborhoods - one area that is often requested is Serenada in Georgetown.  I used to send out a mailing to the neighborhood on a quarterly basis -- but have instead been sending out specific property notifications instead.  Thought my blog would be a great place to post this data, and I can keep it current for you.  Broken down by area, below are the sold stats.  One note -- there were a couple of uncharacteristically high sales in each group (large, remodeled homes on premium lots) that have bumped up the averages:
